While in Texas Tim and I stopped in at a Cajun restaurant and here he is seen eating "gator". It wasn't bad. Reminded me of fried clams.Jamison and Tim insisted on a good Texas steak so we did enjoy a nice visit to Texas Land & Cattle. Good choice and lots of fun.
Jamison kept us busy our last day there and we saw alot of sights. The new stadiums are huge and there was so much else to see. Leaving however, was a nightmare, even though we left on Sunday. We had to drive through Dallas and although Jamison told us everybody is in church on Sunday, it wasn't true. Only some of the people were in church. Getting through downtown Dallas took all the patients and tolerance we could muster - with strangers and ourselves, but we did it.
