Hello to all and Pictures for Paige

Knitting passes time just fine and I promised to keep Paige up to date on where I am with our recent pattern. So here is the back, I have a good start on the front left and hopefully by 2010 either Jackie or I will have a new sweater.

Paige, I took a close up of the pattern I ended up with for comparison with the picture on the pattern. I'm not sure if it is what the picture shows but I am happy with it, it seems to have stayed the same through the whole back and hopefully the seams might line up nice if I ever get it done.
My health is pretty good considering I'm loosing my mind and my esaphagus sent me into a tailspin! I've been stressed out and no amount of stressing is good for anyone, don't I know!
Hopefully our weather will start to perk up. We are in the grip of adreary ick. Not alot of sun, too cold to be out and about, trying not to shop and besides, there isn't any real good shopping up here sooooooooooooooo, I'll knit a little more.
Love to all. Diane and Mummy

Some Sand Lake pix

Just thought this sunset was rather beautiful. It is the only thing we caught on the lake so far. We had wind the other day - 40 mph all day long. We had to shout to be heard. Needless to say we didn't do much but we did check up on the boat and its lines and since I had the camera, I thought the white caps would make a fun pix.

Enjoy!

OMG it's snowing

It is cold today, but I didn't expect to look up and see snow. Turned out to be more like sleet and was melting as fast as it fell bug UGH! Not so sure I would prefer 103 degrees though.

We also spot huge woodpeckers here and bald eagles. It's hard to get a photo of the eagles but I got one of the woodpecker.

That's all folks.

Back in Wisconsin

Sorry - no pictures right now, just an update on our whereabouts. We are settled back at Sand Lake Pines, the Jayco is in for warranty work, the boat is in the water and tied up to the pier and it has rained alot here so we haven't truly "gone fishin".

We have a big week coming up in the beginning with July with family including a first birthday party for Darien, his baptism and a Brewers/Angels game including tailgating with a whole lot of family.

Tim and I have been catching up with doctor appointments and my MRI shows brain damage, which I suspected all winter but its no fun to know that what's in my head isn't just all "in my head". Nothing to do about it though, ceptin fer fretting, which I've been pretty good at the last few days.

I'll have a few pix up in a few days. Most important for all, Zoe is fine and catching up with old friends. I think of all of you, friends and family, all the time. Take care.

Love and prayers, Mummy and/or Diane
